What is paid
Ainanet is free to use: the feed, chats, your profile, the marketplace and a map mark on the 1st layer. Additional digital services are paid. A layer decides from which map zoom other people see your mark: the higher the layer, the further away it is visible.

How to pay
- Choose a service and a term in the app or on ainanet.com.
- Press “Pay” — the secure payment page of Bank CenterCredit JSC (BCC) opens.
- Enter your Visa or Mastercard details.
- Confirm the payment with 3-D Secure — a code from an SMS or your bank's app.
Payment is one-off, in advance, for the chosen term. There are no automatic charges: when the term ends, you can extend the service with a new payment. If a card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. If a payment fails, the service is not switched on and no money is taken; check the card details and limits or contact your bank.
Payment security
Card details are entered only on the bank's page and are sent over an encrypted (TLS) connection. Ainanet never receives or stores the card number, expiry date or CVV/CVC code: from the bank we only get the result of the payment. How we handle other data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Getting the service
The services are digital; there is nothing to deliver. A service is switched on automatically as soon as the bank confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes — and its term starts at that moment. A service that needs moderation (for example, a contest) starts when a moderator approves it. If a paid service has not been switched on within 24 hours, write to us.
Refunds
We refund the full amount if:
- the service was not switched on, or did not work through our fault;
- the money was taken twice or by mistake;
- a moderator did not approve the service (for example, a contest);
- you changed your mind before the paid term started.
After the term has started the payment is not refunded, except in the cases above and in cases provided for by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
How to ask for a refund. Write to support@ainanet.com or call +7 701 711 24 64 and give your Ainanet account, the date and amount of the payment, the last 4 digits of the card and the reason. We review a request within 10 working days and answer by e-mail. Money is returned only to the card the payment was made from, never in cash. How soon it reaches the card after we send it depends on the bank that issued the card.
